A Supportive Space

This unique opportunity for women in ministry leadership invites you to study the Bible, theology, and leadership principles in a context of mutual encouragement and support. We welcome women from different backgrounds and denominations.

2-Year Journey

Study alongside others who share a common mission—to serve and lead God’s people with excellence. Together, you will complete a minimum of 3 (for-credit) graduate courses each year over a 24-month period.

Fits Your Schedule

Courses will be offered in modular and online formats to provide optimal flexibility and learning options.

Mentoring

Academic mentoring from qualified professors will aim to provide a rich and supportive learning experience for participants.

Affordable

Approved $200 tuition reduction per course, per cohort member in the six designated cohort courses beginning fall of 2026. Cohort members are students who are new to Horizon (not current students) and intending (though not required) to take all six of the cohort designated courses.

Empowering women to step boldly into their leadership potential while remaining rooted in their spiritual foundation, equipping them to make meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

Brave spaces for learning.

We create safe environments where women can explore challenging questions and engage in meaningful dialogue about leadership, faith, and purpose.

Relationship building with purpose-driven leaders.

Participants connect with accomplished female leaders who are actively living out their callings and pursuing their God-given dreams.

It all begins with a retreat.

The Cohort begins with a shared retreat and continues with six evening online gatherings throughout the academic year, featuring inspiring female leaders.

Retreat Fee: $1,500

This fee includes the retreat venue and speakers, ensuring a high-quality experience, setting the stage for the journey ahead. Please note that participants are responsible for their own travel expenses.

Mentorship for women, by women.

We believe in the power of women investing in women, providing guidance, wisdom, and support.
